Terms of service

By using gtmind.in or the gtmind product you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. Where we have a signed agreement with your company, that agreement takes precedence.

gtmind connects to systems you choose, builds a model of your go-to-market, ranks opportunities and, where you switch them on, runs agents that carry out approved work. We may improve or change features over time.

• Connect only systems and data you are authorised to share with us.
• Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Review the work you ask agents to do. You decide what is published or pushed to your systems.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it to break the law.

You own your data. You grant us permission to use it only to provide the service to you. We never pool it with other customers’ data or use it to serve anyone else.

Revenue figures, confidence scores and forecasts are estimates based on your historical data. They are not guarantees of future results.

Fees, billing terms and any trial period are set out in your order form or plan.

You can stop using the service and revoke our access to your systems at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached. On closure, your data is deleted as described on the Data handling page.

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
