Privacy policy

gtmind (“we”, “us”) builds a GTM brain for B2B teams: a model of your CRM, analytics and search data, and agents that act on it. This policy covers gtmind.in and the gtmind product.

Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@gtmind.in.

• Contact details you give us — your name, work email and company when you book a meeting or write to us.
• Account details for the people on your team who use the product.
• Data from the systems you connect, such as Search Console, GA4 and your CRM. What this contains depends on what you connect; see the Data handling page.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you load a page, such as IP address, browser and time of request.

• To run the meetings you book and reply to messages you send.
• To build and maintain your company’s GTM brain and run the agents you switch on.
• To keep the service secure and working.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one customer’s data to serve another.

We use a small number of service providers to host the product, schedule meetings and send email. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. When a customer account closes, data from connected systems is deleted as described on the Data handling page.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to hello@gtmind.in and we will respond within 30 days.

If your information reached us through a customer’s connected systems, we may refer your request to that customer, who controls that data.

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell customers directly.
